The Wize Company is inviting motivated and curious Freshers Trainees to join our engineering and detailing team. This role offers hands-on learning and growth for recent graduates or diploma holders in Civil or Structural Engineering interested in steel detailing and modeling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
• Basic knowledge of structural engineering concepts and steel structures.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, or Revit (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing steel models, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.
• Support engineers and detailers with checking and reviewing design outputs.
• Learn and apply AISC, AWS, and related codes and standards.
• Participate in team coordination and review discussions.
• Maintain project records and document revisions accurately.
• Develop technical proficiency in industry-standard tools and workflows.
