About the Role:

We are looking for a Steel Detailer with a strong understanding of AISC standards and steel fabrication principles. You will be responsible for producing accurate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and connection details to ensure the success of our structural projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Steel Detailer.
• Skilled in Tekla Structures, SDS/2, AutoCAD, or similar detailing software.
• Knowledge of steel structures, connection types, and welding symbols.
• Ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
• Familiarity with AISC and AWS standards.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create shop and fabrication drawings based on engineering plans.
• Prepare layout drawings, material lists, and connection details.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve design and technical issues.
• Ensure all drawings meet AISC and client-specific standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and fabricators for timely delivery.
• Maintain records of revisions and drawing changes.
• Contribute to quality and efficiency improvements within the detailing process.
